chicken piccata.

I love to cook.  Period.  I like to think I am a good instruction follower and usually I can pull recipes off, but there are those that are impossible, unless you have a job at A.O.C. in Los Angeles.  Anyway, there is nothing like a delicious meal, that looks complex and fancy, but is easy and simple.  William-Sonoma's Chicken Piccata is exactly that.  Super easy, super good, and super impressive looking.  Bon Appetit!
